Project Overview
The previous conservatory was removed to facilitate the creation of openings in alignment with architectural drawings. Leveraging the versatility of the back extension, two distinct areas were meticulously crafted: the kitchen and the dining space.
An environmentally conscious approach guided the selection of materials, seamlessly integrating the new construction with the existing structure. The choice of eco-friendly materials not only promotes sustainability but also fosters a harmonious blend between the old and the new. The careful matching of bricks further accentuated the continuity of the building, ensuring a cohesive visual appeal.
In the loft area, three purposeful spaces were thoughtfully designed. A luxurious main bedroom with an ensuite, a functional landing area, and a vibrant playground dedicated to the client's children showcase the thoughtful utilization of space.
Executing this visionary project took a total of seven months, underscoring the commitment to precision and efficiency in bringing the architectural concept to life.
